Then listen.
Once you understand that,
you position your solution directly against that pressure.
Nothing more.
You must know everything about your product —
but you only reveal what is required.
No more than 5%.
Until they ask.
And when they do ask —
answer only what was asked.
Nothing extra.
This is where most sales are lost.
Not because the product isn’t good enough —
but because the seller lacks discipline.
Master this,
and you move from chasing sales
to controlling them.
A Real Example
We were brought into a company that had built a superior logistics tracking solution.
Faster. Cheaper. Better than anything else available.
Yet their sales were flat.
Worse — the business was going backwards
because they had already staffed for growth that wasn’t happening.
